In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our bank partners to understand their customers' needs and present our comprehensive range of life and health insurance products. You'll use our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track your sales performance. With a focus on building strong relationships, you'll provide exceptional customer service and ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and coverage.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess insurance needs of potential customers through in-person meetings and consultations
- Present and explain insurance products to customers, highlighting benefits and coverage options
- Process and manage insurance applications using Salesforce and other relevant systems
- Conduct policy reviews and renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other relevant software
- Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Asuransi) certification
