📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the creation of multimedia training content, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with training specialists to develop and design training programs.
• Conduct research to gather information and data for training materials.
• Ensure all training content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the training team in organizing and managing training materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the training department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of multimedia software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of training and development principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web-based training materials.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
