• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of positions across various industries.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever, to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
