HR Generalist - Executive Level

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure they are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and fair manner.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement them in our company.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or tourism company.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
