📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships in the Financial Services and Enterprise sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain a strong market presence.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service to existing clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market developments.
Provide regular updates to management on account performance and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

1–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the Financial Services and Enterprise sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in IT sales or related fields are a plus.
Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
