📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, both locally and internationally.
• Source, negotiate, and secure high-quality materials and products to meet production and operational needs.
• Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from initial supplier evaluation to final contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on local and import sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes is a plus.
