In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages, ensuring that our guests are delighted with every sip. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages, including signature drinks and seasonal specials.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with a focus on quality ingredients and proper inventory management.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold the venue’s high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously seek to improve your skills.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your performance.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in mixology and cocktail preparation, with a strong understanding of classic and contemporary techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and other beverage ingredients, including their sources and preparation methods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software, such as Wine Spectator, Wine & Spirits, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight, including glasses, bottles, and other bar equipment.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
