As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, implementing solutions, and measuring the impact of our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to our company's success.

In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team, product managers, and technical support to ensure that our clients are not only satisfied with our products but also deriving maximum value from them. You will use tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google Workspace to manage client interactions and track performance metrics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with the product managers to gather feedback and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Measure the impact of our products on client business and provide insights for growth.
• Participate in client onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, client services, or a related role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with advertising and marketing technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
