📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist sales representatives in preparing and presenting air freight quotes to potential and existing clients
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of air freight shipments
• Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation using CRM software
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Assist in the organization and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role in the logistics industry
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of air freight regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
