In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies, manage the accounting team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be responsible for overseeing the company's tax obligations, budgeting, and financial planning. With your expertise, you will help Bale Udang Bali achieve its financial goals and maintain a strong financial position in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to the management team.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
