📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize marketplace campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of campaign documentation and reporting templates.
• Ensure compliance with all advertising and marketing regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce or marketplace campaigns.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
