📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback,Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the learning experience,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct workshops and seminars to support student learning,Mentor and guide junior instructors,Evaluate and improve training programs based on student feedback and performance data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer,Proven track record of successful training programs,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Certification in training and development is a plus
