📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Prepare and present reports on operational performance,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery,Implement and monitor quality control measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency,Strong understanding of health and safety regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field,Certification in food safety and hygiene preferred
