PT Cempaka Cipta is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
