Life Base Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation techniques, and customer service standards.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, including HACCP and FDA standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and platforms.
