📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR objectives align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
