📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in managing the dining room and ensuring a smooth flow of service.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from guests.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.,Ensure that tables are set, cleared, and properly maintained throughout the service.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Assist in the inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluency in English is a plus.
