📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
