📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification and providing room keys.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and efficient solutions.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for new guests.,Maintain the front desk area, including organizing files, answering phones, and managing emails.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up event spaces and managing guest lists.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including security and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software is a plus.
