📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the vessel's operations.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with the crew to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.,Monitor and record vessel performance and maintenance schedules.,Handle crew scheduling and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Assist in emergency response planning and execution.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes related to vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a marine officer.,Proficient in English and local language.,Hold a valid deck officer certificate (e.g., OII, OIII).,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience in vessel operations and maintenance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
