📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Perform financial analysis to support decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Support the finance team in achieving its objectives and targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
