📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement corporate communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.,Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.,Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including articles, videos, and social media posts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers.,Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media mentions to ensure positive brand perception.,Coordinate corporate events and speaking engagements to represent the company at industry conferences and other high-profile events.,Ensure compliance with all corporate communications policies and procedures.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on communications initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record in managing media relations and stakeholder engagement.,Strong understanding of digital communications and social media strategies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Experience in working with multinational companies is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market dynamics.
