📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.,Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.,Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.,Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and training materials.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth transitions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a focus on process improvement.,Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, Agile, and Lean.,Familiarity with process improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma, PDCA, or Kaizen.,Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
