📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
