🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering communications training programs
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Experience with learning management systems like Moodle and Cornerstone
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
