📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the tax department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax planning.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to junior tax officers and other team members.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities to resolve any tax-related issues.,Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
