📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-store sales activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Promoting products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.,Adhering to company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using computer and sales software.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-store and online activities.
