📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the company at various events and meetings.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the branch's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
